Seasonal Second Chef – Late April Start, Guernsey
A fantastic seasonal opportunity has arisen for a Second Chef to join a busy hospitality venue. This role runs from late April until September, with a possibility of extension into October.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Supporting the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations.
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard.
• Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assisting with stock control and kitchen organisation.
• Providing guidance to junior kitchen staff.
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be experienced in a similar role, have excellent attention to detail, and be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment. A strong work ethic and passion for hospitality are essential.
